My lift has stopped
Message us on WhatsApp with the location and what is happening, and we log your call straight away. We aim to respond within 1–2 working days in and around Visakhapatnam and 3–4 working days outstation.

Yes. For a new lift we visit, measure your shaft and talk through the options, then send a written quote. The site visit is free.
