Safety you can rely on
Every visit checks the parts that keep you safe, from the doors to the safety gear.
A lift that is serviced on schedule is safer, quieter and less likely to stop when you need it. Our annual maintenance contract (AMC) gives you planned visits by trained technicians, and help when something goes wrong. Your first 12 months of planned maintenance are free if we installed the lift.
Every visit checks the parts that keep you safe, from the doors to the safety gear.
Small wear is found and fixed before it stops the lift.
Clean oil, adjusted doors and fresh seals keep a hydraulic lift smooth for years.
Each lift has its own log book, and after each visit you receive a service report that lists what was checked and what was done.
Each planned visit follows a checklist, so nothing is missed. We begin with a word with you about how the lift has been running.
Major services every six months cover every component on its schedule.
Behind every visit is a system our technicians use on their phones. It means the work is planned, checked and recorded, and you can see the result.
A QR sticker on your lift opens its log book on any phone. You, your building manager or an inspector can see every visit and repair, print a copy, and report a breakdown with one tap, with no login.
Our technicians record readings such as oil level, pressure, supply voltage and floor levelling, and compare each one with its normal range, so a small drift is caught early.
Each visit includes photos of the areas checked, taken from the same angle as last time, so any change shows up.
The technician measures the ride with a phone placed on the car floor, so a change in vibration or levelling is noticed before it becomes a complaint.
If a repair is chargeable, you receive a numbered estimate with parts, labour and GST, and you say yes or no before we begin. Parts covered by your contract or warranty carry no charge.
Every breakdown call is logged and tracked from booking to a fixed lift. If we are waiting for a part, the call shows that, and the call closes once you confirm the lift is working.
We record the warranty end date for your lift from the day of handover, so you always know what is covered.
While your lift is being built, we give you a private login. It shows the stage the work is at, the promised handover date and which payments are due, and you can send the office a question or a photo from site. Once the lift is running, the QR sticker on it opens its log book on any phone, with no login: every visit and repair, the warranty end date, and a one-tap breakdown report.

All three include planned visits, typically six a year. The higher levels add repairs, breakdown call-outs and wear-and-tear parts. You can choose a contract of 1, 3 or 5 years.

These wear-and-tear parts are replaced for you during the contract.
Some work lies outside any AMC: electrical parts damaged by water or supply fluctuation, damage from misuse or overloading, changes or repairs by others, civil work and the power supply up to the lift isolator, upgrades and new features, and events beyond our control such as floods. We tell you about any such work before we do it, and quote the cost first.
If someone is inside a stopped lift, the lift returns to the nearest floor, and the intercom in the cabin, which is GSM-based and standard in our lifts, lets them call for help without a phone. Hydraulic lifts also have a manual release knob on the power unit that brings the car down.
Call or message us and we log your call straight away. We aim to respond within 1–2 working days in and around Visakhapatnam and 3–4 working days outstation. If a problem is not resolved, you can raise it with the escalation contact on your AMC quote.
Every lift we install comes with 12 months of free planned maintenance. Hydraulic lifts have a 3-year warranty from handover, and passenger lifts, cargo lifts, accessibility lifts and stairlifts have a 1-year warranty. When the free period ends, you can move to an AMC with no gap in cover.
An annual maintenance contract (AMC) is an agreement under which we service your lift on a fixed schedule for a set period. It covers planned visits, and the higher levels add repairs, breakdown call-outs and parts.
Yes. We offer AMC for other makes of lift as well. Send us the lift type and location and we will arrange a visit to see it.
Plans typically include six planned visits a year, with a fuller service every six months. Each visit follows a checklist, so every component is checked on its schedule.
Basic suits a newer lift in good condition. Plus suits a lift that needs repairs handled for you. Comprehensive suits owners who want no surprise costs for worn parts. We recommend a level after seeing your lift.
A missed visit is made up within the contract period.
Yes. Every visit and repair is recorded in your lift's log book, which you can open from the QR sticker on the lift, and you receive a service report after each visit.
It depends on the lift, its location, the cover level and the contract length. Ask for a quote and we will send a written offer.
Tell us about your lift and where it is. We will reply with a written AMC offer.
