Information on this site
We take care to keep the information on this site correct, but it is general. Photos, descriptions, timelines and ranges show what is typical. Handover times depend on your site and are counted from order confirmation. Response times are what we aim for, not a promise. The exact specification, price, schedule and warranty for your lift or equipment are set out in our written quote and agreement, and those documents come before anything on this site.
Tools and estimates
The lift sizing tool, the Design your lift tool, the power unit builder and the circuit simulator give indicative results to help you start planning. They are not drawings, designs or quotations. Our engineers confirm every size and specification after a site survey or review. Please do not use their output for construction or for ordering equipment.
Quotes and orders
Sending a form or message on this site does not create a contract. A contract exists only when we have issued a written quote and you have accepted it in writing.
Our content
The text, tools, drawings, photos and design of this site belong to HLA or to the people who allow us to use them. Some photos are used under licences, and we credit them where required. You may view and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy, republish, scrape or build on our tools or content without our written permission.
Brands
Brand names and logos on this site, including Blain, Wittur, Fermator, Acorn and Bruno, belong to their owners. We show them to say which products we fit or supply. HLA is an independent supplier of the industrial brands listed and is not an authorised dealer of them.
