How we look after your details.

Who we are

This site belongs to Hydraulics and Lifting Aids ("HLA", "we", "us"), 26-3-10/A, Garuda Mansion, Sea Horse Junction, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530001. HLA Lifts is our lift brand. You can reach us at sales@hla.co.in.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. When you use a form on this site (the contact form, Design your lift, Request a drawing, or Request a quote), we receive your name, mobile number, city or town if you give it, your message, and the choices you made, such as the number of floors or the type of lift. We also receive the page you sent the form from. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep your message and the contact details you used.

If you become our customer, we also keep the records we need to supply, install and service your lift or equipment.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to prepare a quote, to arrange a site visit, and to supply and service your lift or equipment. We may call you, send a WhatsApp message or email you about your enquiry. We do not use your details for anything unrelated, and we do not sell them.

Your consent

When you send a form, you agree that we may contact you about that enquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales@hla.co.in. We will then stop contacting you about it, unless we need to keep records the law requires.

Who can see your details

Our team can see them when they need them to deal with your enquiry. We store them with trusted technology providers who host our systems for us. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation. We share your details with others only when you ask us to, when a supplier or installer must have them to serve you, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics at present. The quote form in our Industrial section remembers your name, number and city on your own device, and the Design your lift tool keeps your choices in your browser for the session, so you do not need to type them again. You can remove them by clearing your browser data. If we add analytics later, we will update this page first.

Links to other sites

This site links to other services, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.

How long we keep your details

We keep them for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or to serve you as a customer, and for any period the law requires. After that we delete them or remove your identity from them.

Keeping your details safe

We use reasonable security measures to protect your details. No system is completely secure, and we cannot promise that none will ever be lost or misused.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. You can also withdraw your consent, as described above. Write to sales@hla.co.in with your name and mobile number, and we will reply.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
