What happens after you send your design.
Your choices go straight to our design team. We call you to talk them through, visit your building to measure the shaft, and then send a written quote with drawings and a handover schedule. You decide after you have seen the quote.
Is the starting range a quote?
For home lifts, the range is a guide based on your choices. For other lifts, our team replies after a free site visit. In every case a firm written quote follows the visit, because the building and the choices all affect the price.
Which lifts can I design here?
Home lifts, passenger lifts, cargo lifts, stairlifts and accessibility lifts. Choose the lift first, and the questions change to suit it.
Do I need a shaft already?
No. Choose an existing shaft, a new built shaft that your builder makes to our drawing, a steel shaft that we build against the house, or a lift between the stairs. If you are not sure, we advise after seeing your building.
Do I have to know all the answers?
No. You can choose "advise me" for doors and finish, and we recommend options after seeing your space.
Can I change my choices later?
Yes. Cabin, doors and finish can all change before we start making your lift, and any change that affects the price is explained in writing first.
