Directional control valve A valve that sends oil to one side or the other of a cylinder or motor, operated by solenoid, hand or pilot.
Pressure relief and reducing valve A valve that sets the highest pressure in a circuit and dumps oil above it, or lowers pressure for one branch.
Flow control and check valve Valves that set the speed of a cylinder or hold it in place.
Ball valves (two-way and three-way) Quarter-turn valves that open, close or divert flow, in two-way and three-way types.
Needle valves Fine-control valves to set a small flow exactly, inline or on a sub-plate.
Shut-off valves Valves that stop flow completely, in cartridge, inline and sub-plate forms.
Check valves (inline, pilot, screw-in) One-way valves that let oil flow in one direction, including pilot-operated and screw-in cartridge types.
Sequence valve A valve that lets a second action start only after the first reaches a set pressure.
Proportional valves Valves that vary flow or pressure smoothly in proportion to an electrical signal.
Cartridge valves and covers High-flow logic and slip-in cartridge valves with covers for relief, direction and flow control in a manifold.
Counterbalance valves Valves that hold a load in place and let it down under control, so it cannot run away.
Mobile control valves (monoblock and sectional) Hand-lever and joystick valves that control several hydraulic functions on mobile and lifting machines.
Prefill and exhaust valves Valves that fill a large press cylinder quickly and vent it on return.
